About This Item
Chicago: Camp Fire Club of Chicago, 1936. Near Fine. 24mo - over 5" - 5¾" tall. 13p. An unrecorded copy as noted in OCLC of a Chicago club devoted to environmental issues. Wilfred H. Osgood, Zoolists of the Field Museum as well as John McCutcheon and other dignataries. When Emerson Hough was its President in 1918 the Camp Fire Club of New York took legal action to try to prevent them using the name. They added the words: Hunters Fraternity Camp and continued with the name into the 1940's.
