London: Henry and Co, 1891. Whitefriars Library edition. Hardcover. Fair. 210; [6]pp. Duodecimo [19 cm] Red cloth covered boards with gold lettering on the spine and front cover. Black endpapers. Six pages of publisher's advertisements at the rear. The extremities are prominently rubbed, and the rear cover is moisture stained. The endpapers are cracked along the hinges. The first several pages have a former owner's name in pen. The text block is cracked several times. The Whitefriars Library of Wit and Humour edited by W. H. Davenport Adams. With a magic shop in heaven.
