Washington, DC: 1911.. 1911.. Good. - Octavo, softcover, stapled cream self wraps. 8 pages, including wraps & 4-1/2 pages of text. The pamphlet has been folded twice & there is a tiny pinhole in the last leaf. Together with a mailing envelope with the title page information printed in the top left corner and a facsimile of George W. Fairchild's signature in the top right corner. The envelope is soiled, stained & foxed with a piece out of the top edge. Very good in a fair mailing envelope. <p>A Republican Congressman from an agricultural district of New York State speaks out, on behalf of his farmer constituents, against reciprocal trade relations with Canada.<p>Scarce.
