London: Faber & Faber. Very Good+ in Very Good dust jacket. 1959. First Edition. Hardcover. The novel is a fix-up of previously published short stories, centering on the forty-million year history of the fictional city of New Union, published in 1960 in the USA under the title “Galaxies Like Grains of Sand”. A bright book in in original navy cloth, dealer sticker in the front board and previous owner name written in pen on the verso (Ian Ferguson 1960). Unclipped jacket (15s) with some edgewear and chipping in particular at the top and bottom of spine and flaps. Now housed in a removable acetate cover for protection. Book about VG+ and DW, VG .
