Black cloth with embossed emblem on front cover, gold titles on spine, deckle edge pages. Discoloration to inside gutters, small smudge on back cover (looks like it could be a defect in the cloth), thin shallow scratch on back cover, else fine bright looks unread hardcover. This book looks as though it had been shelved unopened and unread since 1935.
