Edges lightly tanned; occasional fox spot. Very good condition. "In this book, James Walton deals with a previously unrecorded aspect of Cape vernacular architecture, namely the dovecots, fowl-runs and fowl-houses. Many of these buildings are among the most beautiful examples of early Cape architecture. The author spent nearly three years in collecting the information, which is illustrated by a hundred and thirty photographs and drawings." .
