NY: H. K. Fly Company; (1916). First Edition . Hardcover. Very good with no dust jacket. Dark purple cloth with gilt letter outline on front board. Embossed gilt lettering on spine is faded and dulled. A little wear at spine ends. Front hinge is separated at the title page (binding is still fairly tight). Illustrated by Harvey Dunn and Anton Otto Fischer. No names or other markings in the book. The G & D reprint of this title is common, but the Fly published copy is much more difficult to find.
