Three quarter red morocco leather over marbled boards, gilt spine lettering, raised spine bands, gilt decorated compartments, top edge gilt, marbled endpapers, frontis portrait, 443 pages. Some edgewear and rubbing, mainly to the corners and spine ends, with some minor chipping to the spine head. Good hinges, sound text block with no loosened pages, pages clean with some occasional foxing, particularly to the first few pages, blanks at front and rear age-toned and with some pencil notes, a few light pencil lines in the margins.. Hard Cover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
