Gilt-decorated full morocco; top edge gilt; covers slightly scuffed and marked; head and foot of the spine a little rubbed; corners a little bumped; edges, endpapers and initial leaves foxed; tissue-guard discoloured; light creasing to the corners throughout; a very good copy. Number 50 of 265 copies signed in ink by the author (and only 250 being for sale).
