T. Nelson and Sons,, 1111. Hardcover. Acceptable. No Edition Remarks. 274 pages. No dust jacket. Fully bound in black leather covered boards with gilt. Gilt applied to all text block edges. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout, heavier at end-papers, paste-downs and text-block edges. Heavy crack at page 2. Binding remains reasonably firm. Previous owner's inscription to front free end-paper. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Loss of leather to spine head and tail. Peeling leather to corners and edges.
