8vo, 109 pp with drawings and photos.There is a tanned page on the front and back inside flyleafs and one of the end papers has a water stain across the top.There is also a text page with a water stain on the top of the page.The spine is faded and the covers show some wear but the orange color is still good. A book that is written like a love letter for a small coastal town. The peaceful and pristine California of the '20's. A beautiful description of the town that has tried its best to stay true to the image of early California. 14 sketches and 36 photos. This is an insight not only to the physical side of the city but also into its main characters.This is a must book for looking at the California that was before civilization overtook it. A different place and time.
