Philadelphia: McKay, 1925. First edition thus. Hardcover. Fine/poor. Two volumes in one; first editions thus. Hardcover in green cloth. 87 and 47 pp. Profusely illustrated with throughout with diagrams, drawings and floor plans (several double-pageand one fold-out), and two photographs. A tight, fine example, 1940 Christmas gift inscription front free endpaper. In the extremely uncommon printed dust warpper, quite tattered about the egdes and with some significant chips. A very difficult volume to find at all; the dust jacket virtually never survived.
