Deckled pages, fine; no writing. White endpapers. Dust wrapper, fine; unclipped 17.95, protected in new clear sleeve. Features the original first edition jacket art by Alex Gotfryd of Carrie eerily peering out from behind door. Black on white stylized spine titles wrapping around to blurb at back panel. Rare near fine bright and crisp early trade printing in original wrapper. Presented with this is a vintage movie clipping signed by Stephen King: "Stephen King, 12/2/80." Clipping features the classic theatrical imagery/credits and lists venues in the greater Cleveland area. Some toning; protected in clear sleeve and set into book. Additionally, included with this amazing collection is the movie script's second draft with facsimile signatures of all the stars from the film. Synopsis

This book is a short one and a good one. Super quick read with all my favorite King-isms. It's amazing that it's his first. I'd recommend it to anyone for a heartbreaking snow day read -- once you've finished the Shining and Misery, of course.
