Deaccessioned from Toronto General Hospital's Fudger Health Sciences Library, with the expected stamps on front endpages and spine markings. Interior pages are clean and crisp. Typescript is on thin, nearly sheer paper; tissue-guarded tipped-in plates throughout are from other books on Astley's works including those on hernias and testicles.
