Paris: Editions Baudiniere, 1931. Paperback. Good/No jacket as issued. DeKobra. In French. Editions Baudiniere, Paris, copyright 1931. In French. Title translates to "A Hundred Thousand Smiles." Once a well-known author and former journalist, Maurice DeKobra (1885 - 1973) traveled widely and used his journalistic skills in his fiction. Illustrated wraps with red and black lettering, rough cut front edges, list of books on back cover. Some tanning of cover, some edge wear, chips and small tears at top and bottom of spine, a few light stains, corners bumped and creased, light creases in corners of interior pages and some tanning of pages, closed tear in last page before table of contents leading edge, some page edges creased. Binding seems tight but may require careful handling.
