Contains an index and a bibliography in the rear. Original black cloth covers with silver spine lettering. There is a small bookshop sticker on the lower edge of the front paste down (from Johannesburg, South Africa), else this is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book. The dust jacket has two marginal tears to the top edge. The dust jacket is now in a protective, removable, acetate cover. ; B&W Illustrations; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 320 pages .
