Binding not tight but sturdy despite cracks and separation gap. Mild general wear to boards and rounded spine. Set in the First World War this novel of two brothers serving in the same unit as well as loving the same woman back home. Basis for the 1931 mono-sound motion picture photoplay directed by Allan Dwan and starring Douglas Fairbanks Jr. and Rose Hobart. Missing dust jacket. Copyright page states simply published June, 1930.
