Good. - Small quarto [10-1/4 inches high by 7-1/2 inches wide], gray cloth with a black-and-white vignette mounted on the front cover, in a dust wrapper. The binding is lightly bumped with the edges of the covers slightly darkened. The dust jacked is chipped & soiled with small pieces out & with a tear & crease to the top edge of its rear panel. The head of the jacket spine is torn with a large piece out, affecting the titling, & there is a tear to the spine's mid-section. [ix] & 142 pages. Illustrated in black & white with 21 plates & a title vignette after charcoal drawings by the author. Good in a fair dust wrapper. <p>"New popular edition". The book was originally published in 1912.
