London: Cambridge University Press, 1975. 692 pages, plus folding chart. Slight smudges on top edge of text block, and a small amount of rubbing on the lower edge at the outside corner. Volume is otherwise tight and very clean. Price clipped dust jacket shows scuffs, small stains, a small square of discoloration, and an old store sticker over bottom cover. Jacket is otherwise bright and clean, and is now in a clear Brodart protective sleeve.. First Edition. Cloth - Hard Cover. Near Fine/Very Good.
