1985. Private Press; 1985 8vo size spiral bound softcover with bound clear plastic spatter shield covers. The spatter shields wrap around the covers and can be opened to cover and protect your page! (This is the first time we seen this in a community cookbook and it's a wonderful feature.) 224 pages with some black and white decorations or illustrations. Green cardstock section dividers are also illustrations. Recipes are signed with the name of the contributor, but there is no Index of Contributors. There is a recipe index - in the front of the book.
