The chateaux depicted range from ruined Fifteenth century catles through to magnificent Sixteenth Century Chateaux. The plates are superb, fresh and clean, with only the odd spot of foxing. A contemporary half morocco binding, richly gilt decoated spine, raised bands. top edge gilt. Images can be supplied on request. . Fine. Hardcover. 1857.
