About This Item
Profile Books, 2019. 1st Edition . Hardcover. New/New. Perfect copy. Great present for an uncle or maybe an aunt who loves cheese. I went to a small hotel in Dorset for a night a while back with my wife at the time, that we found out when we were got there specialised in cheese, after dinner without cheese we thought it remiss not to sample the trolley. It was ceremoniously wheeled out by the owner who took great delight in describing each cheese in great detail and giving samples to us and himself whilst doing so. He really was Mr Cheese lover and he had very cheesy characteristics including a crusty hand and a veiny nose flecked with blue. I could go on.
