No jacket, but issued with slipcase. Slip case has light wear and minor soiling/rubbing, Very Good minus condition. Index, bibliography, heavily illustrated with black & white photography, drawings, maps. Several large foldout panoramic views of Chicago at different years. Because of size and weight, international and priority orders will have extra shipping charges.
