Oxford University Press, 1939. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1939. No Edition Remarks. 188 pages. No dust jacket. Orange decorated cloth covered boards. Illustrated by Walter Holz. Pages have mild tanning and foxing throughout, moderate at end-papers, paste-downs and text-block edges. Previous owner's inscription to front free end-paper. Cracking to hinges. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, one heavier crack, however binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Cloth has minor damp and dust stains. Mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Small splits to spine tail with loss of cloth.
