Last section of the book is written in author's handwriting together with faux signature at Lookout Mountain, California. Brown cloth covered boards have gilt text on spine, author's monogram in gilt at bottom of front panel. Book has slightly rubbed spine ends and a large and small adhesive 'track' ffep.
