London: Leonard Parsons, 1920. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Fair/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. I. de B. Lockyer. Bound with beige cloth over the spine and different beige cloth over the boards. Rather faded and grubby, worn at spine ends. Neat ink inscription to front end paper. The text pages are darkened, with some spots and some tears. The tipped in illustrations by I. de B. Lockyer are in excellent condition, but two are absent, The Swan Princess and The Dragon's Funeral. The others are present, namely : The Frontispiece (untitled); The Dance Prelude ; Kikimora ; Kikimora's Dance ; The Dragon Fight and Baba Yaga. There are line drawings at the beginning and end of the stories. A scarce, if incomplete copy.
