New York: The Dial Press, 1939. Hardback. Good/No dust jacket.. Jessie Willcox Smith. The Dial Press Inc, New York, 1935. Book condition: good. Corners a little bumped and some shelf wear to head & tail of spine. Spine a little faded and a small area of discolouration to rear board in upper region adjacent to the hinge. A little rubbing and light scuffing to pictorial onlay to front board. Inscription to ffep dated December 1936 with faint traces of some numbers at base of ffep which have been erased. Endpapers slightly tanned. Binding very sound and the book is very clean internally. Eight full colour illustrations by Jessie Wiclox Smith. No dust jacket. Stories by various authors compiled by Ada and Eleanor Skinner.
