Paperback book : white card wrappers with outer orange paper jacket, with decorative title cartouche to front in black, blue and orange. 69pp, 18.5 x 13.5cm. With pictorial title page printed in black and orange and each page heading also having a decorative image in the same colours. Begins with guidance on using a Frigidaire refrigerator for the home: this was in the early days of people using such appliances, and the recipes of course are designed to make use of it. Includes ice creams, sherbets, beverages, salads and reheated foods. The recipes were prepared for this book by Mrs Cottington Taylor of the Good Housekeeping Institute. This is a very well preserved little book in near fine clean condition. The contents are fine, the Very Good outer jacket has some light rubbing to edges, a little colour fade to spine and a few small spots. Pictures available.
