Flaking to a quarter of spine and much cover soiling. Cracking along outer seam. Inner binding tight. Pages clean. No writing in text. A few preliminar pages loose. Sewn in signatures tight Almost NO foxing which is rare. History of Connemara along Lough Corrib and Lough Mask (Joyces Country. My wife's Joyce family owns a house since before the Penal days.
