New York, N.Y.: Doubleday, Doran and Company Inc., 1931. Presumed early printing. Beautiful color and black & white illustrations. Board edges chipped and worn. Board exposure at the corners. Two tears on the cloth spine, one two inch and very fine at the hinge, the other 1/2 inch at the bottom spine corner. Some fraying and wear at the spine corners. Several small white blemishes on the front paper cover possibly from insect predation. A few pages have some light soil but the interior is otherwise very clean and tight. . Hard Cover Pictorial Boards. Good/No Jacket. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
