New York: Harper & Brothers Publishers, 1947. First Edition. Hardcover. Fair/Acceptable. Gift inscription on first free end paper. First four pages up to the table of contents have light to moderate soiling to top right corner. Spine cocked. Boards have moderate to heavy soiling on front and back. Top left corner of back board stained. A part of the back flap of the jacket has detached and pasted itself to the board. Binding is tight. Text is mostly clean with the exception of the top right corner. This section is heavily soiled and possible water damaged. Price clipped dust jacket also shows moderate to heavy overall wear. The back cover and back flap have a single 3-4 inch wide tear. Interior of jacket also heavily soiled. ADDITIONAL PICTURES PROVIDED UPON REQUEST.
