Signed. Fine / good+. Fifteenth printing. South Texas ranchers boy grows up to be a veterinarian and joins the Ringling Bros. Circus as the head vet. in the 1940's. 8 pages of b&w photos. Great stories. Book has previous owners paste down bookplate on the front end paper. Very slightly, but evenly toned. Corners are square and the pages are clean and unmarked. Dust jacket haa 1" tear on the top front and edge and shelf wear all around. Author has inscribed and signed on the front flyleaf.
