Pictorial cloth, titles and device stamped in black on the front cover and spine, [9], 97 pp. plus a 4 page addenda laid-in with added information and some corrections, frontispiece, introduction, illustrated. The history and development of this unique steam engine with locomotive diagrams, photographs and pages of rosters and locomotive records. A fine copy without dust jacket as issued.
