II Persons Unknown, III Answer, IV The Corner. 343 pp. plus About the Author. Book is the story of the six deaths of four members of the Clutter family of Holcolm, Kansas and Richard Eugene Hickock and Perry Edward Smith. Book has red cloth covered boards with gilt text on spine and author's monogram on front panel., top edge dyed, brown ep's. Some loss of color at head of spine, fon ffep, slight corner and ends of spine wear. Book is tight and square.
