"When the hot midsummer months come who is it that does not feel a repugnance for hot food, and whose palate does not demand something delicate yet Cold?" According to NUC the authors' names are pseudonyms, but we've been unable to identify the actual authors. Text block clean and sound. In slightly rubbed, white- and gilt-stamped illustrated beige cloth. Small stains to rear panel. Near very good. [OCLC locates twenty-six copies; Bitting, page 508; Cagle 843].
