Rupert Hart-Davis, 1960. Limited numbered edn (16 of 65) signed by author and illustrator on half title and signed and inscribed by publisher on front free endpaper. Tall 8vo (10 x 6½ ins). Original gilt lettered quarter morocco on marbled boards by Sangorski & Sutcliffe, top edge gilt (fore edge and front pastedown very lightly spotted - otherwise VG). Pp. 219, illus with wood engravings by Joan Hassall (no other inscriptions).
