Ingpen and Grant, 1928. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1928. Cheap Edition. 195 pages. No dust jacket. Red cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Contains black and white photographic frontispiece. Pages are mildly tanned and foxed, but text remains clear. Mild marking to some pages throughout; text is not obscured. Binding is firm. Some pencil annotations to margins. Annotations to endpapers, with label to front pastedown. Boards have moderate shelf-wear, with noticeable corner bumping and some scuffing to edges. Spine and edges are heavily sunned, with mild crushing and heavy splitting to ends. Gilt remains bright. Heavy rubbing and scuffing overall, with visible marking also. Boards are slightly bowed.
