London: A. & C. Black, 1897. Hardcover. Good to Very Good. Subtitled on Half-Title: "Literary Theory and Criticism." Dark blue cloth with gilt titling and elaborate decoration on spine, top text block edge is gilt, leading and lower edges untrimmed which has resulted in a few uncut pages, black end papers, red titling and elaborate black decorative border on title page, 474 pages, two pages of publisher's advertising at back. Light wear to corners, edges and spine ends, cover has light shelf wear, gilt on top edge is bright, other edges slightly darkened, leading edge has a few small, dark spots, page edges slightly darkened. This is a handsome volume, in remarkably nice condition for its age - clean, bright and tight. Shipping charges are calculated for a standard parcel under 1 kg.
