The objects range in date from a medallion from the second century BC to twentieth-century sculpture. The catalogue has been written by the eminent scholar Pratapaditya Pal. Dr. Pal explains the major themes represented in the collection--Hindu gods, Buddhist and Jain subjects, goddesses, human figures, animals, and ritual, ornamental, and ceremonial objects--and discusses in detail the style, history, and iconography of individual pieces.

You will receive an e-mail confirming the availability of the book(s) and providing details with regard to shipment costs (we use Belgian and Dutch postal companies for the most cost-effective shipments. The indicated shipment costs have been calculated according to the rates for shipments of up to 2 kilo. We will choose the most cost-effective shipment option, depending on the weight: either letter post or parcel post. Payment must be made before delivery; ordered books will be reserved during 12 days in expectation of payment or confirmation of shipment.
