Denver, Colorado: Sundance Limited, 1977. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. VG/none, used, black leather along spine and corners, gilt text on spine, red slick paper over boards remaining, b & w image in center of upper, illustrated end papers, ii-x, 406pp. Interior clean no marks, except gift inscription at the top fore-corner inside ffep, binding tight. Fold-out image of "Denver, Auraria, and Highland " still bound in. The bottom fore-corner of all pages has a small area of damp-wrinkle, not affecting the text. Slight shelf rubbing to exterior along edges. There is a plastic sleeve over the book which I believe was original to the book. Page 391 to 400 is a "Directory of early Photographers 1853 through 1900" compiled by Mrs. Opal Harber with additions by the author.
