Complete with all fold-out maps and plates. In this report from the Department of the Interior and the Bureau of Reclamation 88 dams and projects are identified that could be built on the rivers of the Upper Basin tributaries. According to Farquhar: "Contains a vast amount of practical information, as well as dreams of dam engineers." Farquhar 110.
