Colosseum Crimes, pages 1-6, followed by Colosseum Poem, pages 1-16; Colosseum Crime, pages 7-8, followed by Colosseum Poem pages, 17-23, followed by Colosseum Crime, pages 9-10. Illustrated by George Knowlton. Packard was an American poet, playwright, teacher, and novelist. He was the founder and many year editor of the New York Quarterly. He hosted the poetry readings at the 92nd St. Y for many years as well. Inscribed by the author on title page and signed on limitation page. Limited edition, #29/50 copies. First edition (first printing). A very good copy in illustrated yellow wrappers (paperback). Clear plastic over wrappers stapled at edge. Plastic wrapper is creased on front and mildly soiled.
