About This Item
This volume of Raymond Souster poetry is doubly unique, having belonged to Canadian poet and journalist Harry Howith, with his signature on the front fly leaf, as well as being signed by Raymond Souster on the title page. This collection brings together 250 of Souster's poems written between 1937-1963 which he selected from previous publications, as well as some of which had not been collected or published elsewhere. It is described as "an indispensable addition to Canadian literature," made even more unique for having belonged to another key figure of Canadian poetry.
In terms of condition, this volume is rated good, having some bumping to the corners and the ends of spine. The page edges have some age-related discolouration. The dust jacket is in fair condition, having tearing along the edges and some wear.
