London: R.H. Porter, 1885. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good. Complete 7 volumes 1885-1897, complete with a photogravure portrait frontispiece and 421 chromolithograph and hand-coloured plates by A. Thorburn and J.G. Keulemans, G.E. Lodge and W. Foster. Large 8vo's. Bound in Original half maroon morocco leather over marbled boards with 5 raised bands and gilt titles to spine. All volumes in very good condition with a little rubbing to marbled boards. Inside all volumes a little intermittent foxing mostly to first and last pages, all other pages and plates with top edge gilt in very good clean and bright condition. A lovely set. This a very heavy set and postage may be extra depending on service required.
