About This Item
Philadelphia: Cowperthwait & Co., 1877. Hardcover. Good. 5 x 7 1/2. 360 pages + 3 of ads. Some personal notes in pencil on the first free page ("got acquainted with Miss Ida Rhoads, daughter of Rev. Wesley .......). The text pages may have 2 or 3 pages with some marks but they are scarce. Illustrated (great ones at that). The page edges are age toned. The spine has tan tape over it to add reinforcement. The printed boards are rubbed but over 98% legible. Some ink staining on the boards. Bumped corners but I give this book a solid GOOD+. SCARCE
