Belfast: George Berwick. Fair with no dust jacket. Hardcover. University library withdrawal in full leather, worn edges with 1" tear to top of spine. Front endapaper and title page have bottom half missing, and first 6 pages of Matthew's introduction dated 1704 missing. Textblock is tight and pages crisp but with patches of foxing, heavy on a few pages. No copyright information, but Berwick noted as printer on last page. Possibly early 19th century ; 5.25 x 8375"; 432 pages .
