Although unfinished, it was postumously published in this edition LIMITED to 1000 copies (800 for sale in England; 200 copies reserved for USA). A Very Good copy, lacking the dustwrapper. Tan paper-covered boards with a leather spine; gilt titling on the spine. Clean text; 86 pages, with the limitation page in the rear; edges deckled. The title decoration is by Stephen Gooden; printed at the Fanfare Press. A solid copy, but spotted on the covers. In an archival plastic protector.. Limited. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket. Illus. by Stephen Gooden. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
