Beginning as a tiny business with 14 employees in 1886, it now ranks as the largest and most diversified company in the medical field. This book is the history of that company. The author, Lawrence G. Foster (1925-2013), started the public relations department at Johnson & Johnson and helped lead the company out of a crisis when seven people died after taking Tylenol, the company's signature pain reliever.
