Hardcover folios, uniformly rebound in library buckram. 818, 828 and 844 pp. Each with index or table at rear. Final leaf of the third volume is ad for other law books lately published in folio. Ex-library: each lacking original endpapers; ink stamps to new endpapers, and text-blocks; blindstamp on all title pages. Contents only lightly browned and foxes. Old ownership signature (Jacob Schoch) on all title pages. Wood's classic work on property and deed transfer, complete in 3 volumes.
