My listing includes PHOTO OF ACTUAL BOOK for sale. Book looks NEVER READ. GIFT QUALITY. Book Interior AS NEW / Boards Near Fine / Dust Jacket Near Fine. This book is so tight and clean it appears it has never been opened. Sewn binding. Spine is straight and square. Boards and spine are mustard cloth looks like leather, lettering metallic silver with thin green accent lines. Dust jacket is white, lettering black/green, colour photo on front, two colour photos on back, black/white photo on back flap. Dust jacket is NOT PRICE CLIPPED, has very little wear aside from some sunning on the spine, a few small creases at top and bottom of dj spine and flap folds, and a little shelf mark of a thin light grey line along right edge of front dj cover from rubbing adjacent book on shelf. Book boards and spine are flat, clean, bright, no rips, one slightly turned corner tip, no edge wear, no sunning, free ends of spine have a few creases, bottom left corner of front board has a slight bruise. Page edges don’t appear to be sunned and are clean and white. Inner end papers are white. Inside of book is very tight, clean, bright, clear, flat. Owner’s name, date, small, in ink on ffep. 138 Colour photo plates, 118 Black/white photo. A fun nostalgic look at the furniture and rooms of the mid-70’s. A great guide for films or anything else duplicating that era.

IMPORTANT RE POSTAGE: I'm in Canada so books to the USA/Other Countries are International shipments and may be delayed by CUSTOMS and/or HOMELAND SECURITY. I'm using the Biblio standard postage matrix, which gives average postage fees, therefore sometimes for an OVERSIZE or LARGE heavy book or expensive book, the postage may be too low and may require extra charges. If I know this in advance, I will notify the buyer before the order is processed.
This is not a huge book warehouse, it is a small one-owner store run by a true book lover. POSSIBLE DELAYS: I'm elderly and disabled and while this usually does not cause a delay in order processing, it sometimes may cause a small delay for me to get to the post office.
